Q: What is the difference between a Custom Fragrance Experience and a Private Label Experience?

A: We offer two types of reservations at our boutique. The first being a reservation for individuals to create their own custom fragrance for personal use and the second being a private label appointment for those looking to create a scent that would be incorporated into their small business portfolio (scents for candles, soaps, room fragrance, ect).

Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: For individual reservations (parties up to 4 and non-private label appointments), head to the link here and select custom fragrance experience - select the drop down with the number of guests - then select your preferred date and time and voila! Please select the guest count for only the number of guests creating a fragrance. We will take a $10 deposit per guest which will then be credited back to your purchase at your appointment. Pricing ranges from $35 to $165. Our 5 ml's are our mini's/travel size and perfect for one of our pre-blended, inspired fragrances. For our customized blends, we typically recommend starting at the 10 ml option. 

 

For private label appointments, you'll head to the same link above, but select Private Label Custom Fragrance. This is a $200 pre-payment and includes 2, 5ml roll ons and 1.5 hours with a perfume expert.

Q: How do I book an appointment for more than 4 guests?

A: For groups of 5 or more guests, we classify it as a private party. If you are interested in hosting a private party, please complete our online inquiry form here and our event coordinator will guide you through the next steps.

A: Our bespoke perfume creation process involves crafting custom fragrances tailored to your unique preferences and personality. Each scent is meticulously blended to ensure it reflects your individual style and taste.

Q: How long does it take to create a custom perfume?

As each scent is custom-made to your specifications by our skilled perfumers, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges. However, if you're unsatisfied with your fragrance for any reason, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to address your concerns within the scope of our return policy. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible resolution for our customers.
